Release notes describe new features and improvements made to ONESOURCE Administration.

What's New

Bot user account
  • You can now update
    Bot User Account
     details through an import or use APIs.
  • The
    User Details
     report now includes a new column that specifies what it is a
    Bot User Account
    .
  • The User Details screen has a new Bot User column that lets you filter those accounts.
New reports for client assignments
  • Client User Assignments
     report:
    • Lists the users assigned to a client.
    • The search results lists client data like the client number, name, status, and more.
  • Client User Product Assignments
     report:
    • Lists the users assigned to a client and product.
    • You can view the most recent 1,000 records directly on the screen.
    • To review all the data, export the report to an Excel or CSV file. Go to the Notification Queue to download the file.
Webhook registration
You can now receive notifications as Events when there is a change in Client information. The event triggers when you create, update, or delete a client.

Open Issues

Bot user column blank on exports
We will fix an issue in the May release where the
Export All
 feature omits the Bot User column. Currently, selecting
Export All
 in the user grid results in a spreadsheet with a blank Bot User column.

Closed Issues

User history report for bot user account
The
User History
 report now logs whenever you mark or unmark the
Bot User Account
 checkbox on the
User Details
 screen.
