What's New

New report for client assignments
We've added a new report called
Client Group Product Assignments
 in addition to the existing
Client User Assignments
 and
Client User Product Assignments
 reports.
  • The report lists the Groups and Users assigned to the client and product.
  • Your search results lists client data like the client number, name, status, and more.
  • You can view the most recent 1,000 records directly on the screen.
  • To review all the data, export the report to an Excel or CSV file. Go to the
    Notification Queue
     to download the file.

Known Issues

Bot account - Export all users
We've resolved the issue that caused the Bot User column to be empty when you select
Export All
 to export data.
Import users - Locations
Fixed the issue that caused false updates for
Locations
 to appear in the User History when importing users.
