This report shows basic entity information.
Entity detail | Description |

Code | Unique identifier to an entity |
Name | The official name of the entity |
Associated Application | Indicates which application the entity is linked to |
Status | Specifies whether the entity is currently Active or Disabled |
Version Number | Reflects the current version of the entity |
Version Start Date | The date when the entity version became effective |
Country | The country to which the entity belongs |
Client Name | Name of the client associated with the entity |
Client Number | The Client number under which the entity has been recorded |
