Entity history report
This report provides a quick overview of changes made to entities.
Entity history | Description |

Code | A unique identifier to an entity. |
Name | The official name of the entity. |
Status | Specifies whether the entity is currently Active or Disabled . |
Bulk | Indicates whether the entity was added via import. |
Version Number | Reflects the current version of the entity. |
Activity | Specifies the type of action performed on the entity. |
Changed By User Name | Name of the user who performed the update. |
Changed By User ID | Unique ID of the user who performed the update. |
Date | The range under which changes were applied to the entity. |
Field | The specific entity attribute that was updated. |
Old Value | The value of the attribute before the update. |
New Value | The value of the attribute after the update. |
Version Start Date | The date when the entity version became effective. |
Client Name | Name of the client associated with entity. |
Client Number | The Client number under which the entity has been recorded. |
