Client details
The Client Details report shows client details and the account numbers.
Client user assignments
This report shows details such as client number, name, status, user identifiers, email, display name, user status, and assignment source.
Entity details
This report shows basic entity information.
Entity history
This report provides a quick overview of changes made to entities.
Group details
The Group Details report shows group names and comments, including membership count and details. (Refer to Group details reports to see all the reports available.)
Group permissions
The Group Permissions report shows group permission and access details. Select the application name in the column heading to view permissions for all groups with permissions in the application. It shows products assigned to the group in step 4 Products.
For products listed on the Group Permissions screen, the report shows a
Y
as a link, which opens a new report.The product permissions appearing in the report only shows the assignments for the products in Administration on the ONESOURCE Platform. This report doesn’t list any assignments for legacy products in ONESOURCE Classic.
Login history
The Login History report details all the user platform sign in history for a period up to 3 months.
You can filter the report based on Universal ID and Display Name, then select the number of days of history you want to see on the report. The results include sign in information such as platform, user details, and login/logout times. It also shows the method, browser, IP address, product accessed, and sign in status.
User details
The User Details report shows complete user profile information. (Refer to the User Details report to see all the reports available.)
User and group history
These reports give you a detailed audit trail of changes made to user and group profiles and permissions. It includes user profile details including single sign-on changes when importing users from an import spreadsheet. It also includes records changes from the User Administration module when user information is changed.

The report records how Platform group assignments change in the Activity column, listing the product as Platform.
User history
You can view the most recent 1,000 records directly on the screen. To review all the data, export the report to an Excel or CSV file. Go to the
Notification Queue
