Products | The Products shows the products associated with a user. Select the number link to open the report. This report shows the details about the product assignments for the user. In the User Product Assignment Report, select the ‘Y’ link for the product to see the User Product Permissions. When you select the hyperlink in the Products column also, it shows you the source of the user permissions for the selected users. |
Created | Date user was created. |
Last Login | Last Login shows the last successful sign in date for the user. This helps you meet certain compliance requirements surrounding user activity and system access. If a user has no sign in activity (ex: a new account, Inactive, hasn’t logged in), the cell will be blank. |
Clients | Lists the number of client assignments for the user. When you select the number link in the Clients column, the system opens the User Client Assignments Report. This report shows the details about the Client assignments and one or more sources for how the user was assigned the client. The Clients column in the User Details Report and the corresponding User Client Assignments Report only appears for Client Manager enabled firms. |
