Configure multi-factor authentication for your organization and ONESOURCE

This article describes how to turn on multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your organization's ONESOURCE account and give user permissions.
note
  • Your organization's
    Full Access Administrator
    automatically has permission to manage MFA for your organization.
  • You must use latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge for MFA.

Turn on your organization's multi-factor authentication

  1. Sign in to ONESOURCE, then select
    Administration
    .
  2. Select
    Setup
    , then
    Multi-factor Authentication
    .
  3. Switch the button on the toolbar to green to turn multi-factor On, then select
    Save
    .

Assign MFA permissions to other administrators

  1. Search for the user's name on the
    Users
    screen, then select
    Edit
    .
  2. Select
    Product Permissions
    , then select
    Administration
    in the menu on the left.
  3. Go to the Setup section on the
    Administration
    screen.
  4. Select the permissions for
    Multi-factor Authentication
    , then select
    Next
    .
  5. Select
    Done
    at the bottom of the screen, or select
    Users
    at the top of the screen to return to the
    Users
    screen.
