Configure multi-factor authentication for your organization and ONESOURCE
This article describes how to turn on multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your organization's ONESOURCE account and give user permissions.

- Your organization'sFull Access Administratorautomatically has permission to manage MFA for your organization.
- You must use latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge for MFA.
Turn on your organization's multi-factor authentication
- Sign in to ONESOURCE, then selectAdministration.
- SelectSetup, thenMulti-factor Authentication.
- Switch the button on the toolbar
to green to turn multi-factor On, then select Save.
Assign MFA permissions to other administrators
- Search for the user's name on theUsersscreen, then selectEdit.
- SelectProduct Permissions, then selectAdministrationin the menu on the left.
- Go to the Setup section on theAdministrationscreen.
- Select the permissions forMulti-factor Authentication, then selectNext.
- SelectDoneat the bottom of the screen, or selectUsersat the top of the screen to return to theUsersscreen.
