Create a temporary multi-factor authentication code

If a user does not have their phone or needs temporary access to ONESOURCE, Administrators can generate a temporary 24-hour code so they can access the ONESOURCE platform.
  1. Sign in to ONESOURCE, then select
    Administration
    .
  2. Select
    Setup
    , then
    Multi-factor Authentication
    .
  3. Switch the button on the toolbar to green to turn multi-factor On.
  4. Select
    click here to generate a temporary 24-hour code
    .
  5. Enter the username for the person who needs the code on the
    Multi-factor Authentication: Generate
     screen.
  6. Select
    Generate Code
    .
  7. Manually send the code that appears on the screen to the user.
