Select the correct method for single sign-on

If you're signing in to the ONESOURCE Platform for the 1st time, using the URL given by your company redirects you to either of the following options:

ONESOURCE Platform sign in page

This sign in page means that you aren't using single sign-on to sign in to the ONESOURCE Platform. You simply sign in with your ONESOURCE Platform credentials.
note
  • If your organization wants you to use single sign-on to sign in, you'll see an error message. This message means that your organization wants you to sign in through single sign-on when you use the direct URL. Ask your administrator for the single sign-on link that your organization created and use that to access ONESOURCE Platform.
  • Even if you sign in with ONESOURCE Platform credentials, your organization might have single sign-on configured but may not enforce you to use it.

Your organization's sign in page

This sign in page means your organization has set up single sign-on and you are using the single sign-on link to sign in. Your organization will authenticate you first, and then you'll be able to sign in to the ONESOURCE Platform.
After authenticating you, your organization will redirect you to either of these pages:
  • ONESOURCE Platform sign in page: As it is your 1st sign in, this means that you are using Account Linking and after this “one-time-only” sign in to ONESOURCE Platform from the 2nd time on you will directly see the ONESOURCE Platform homepage.
  • ONESOURCE Platform homepage: This means you are using Account Mapping and your organization has mapped your organization ID with your ONESOURCE Platform credentials.
