Configure the AI Compliance Control panel

Configure which jurisdictions and entities use CoCounsel automation, and which task types are auto-approved versus escalated for manual review.
You need to have administrator access in OIC.
  1. Go to
    OIC CoCounsel
    AI Compliance Control
    .
  2. For
    Jurisdiction and entity enablement
, select the countries and entities that should use CoCounsel automation.
Entities not enabled will follow the standard manual process.
  3. For
    Automation thresholds
, define which task types are auto-approved versus escalated for manual review, based on your organisation's risk appetite.
CoCounsel will apply your configuration to all subsequent compliance runs for the enabled jurisdictions and entities.
note
The GA release includes Thomson Reuters (TR) Standard templates — pre-configured compliance flows for each supported jurisdiction, maintained by TR subject matter experts. These don’t require any configuration to use.
If this is your first time using CoCounsel, start with a limited configuration scope.
  1. Turn on CoCounsel for one or 2 low-risk entities or jurisdictions first.
  2. Run in parallel with your existing process to validate results.
  3. Review completed tasks to build confidence in the AI's suggestions.
  4. Gradually expand to additional entities and increase automation thresholds as you gain trust.
