How to ask questions

Tips on creating prompts:
  • Write a clear and concise question (or prompt) that's 1 - 2 sentences long. Add information like the product name and module you need support with and a detailed description.
  • Give facts relevant to the support you need. Each word in a prompt should be essential to finding relevant information. Don't include extra background facts that aren't relevant.
  • Clearly identify the information you want. Use words from your product, like screen names or fields to best match the content in help articles.
  • Focus on a single issue or question in your prompt. Ask each question separately if you have more than one.
