Create a community user ID

Communities allows you to get support from fellow customers, join discussion forums, and share your experience with ONESOURCE products in a secure environment.
  1. Sign in to the ONESOURCE Platform, then select
    Community
     on the toolbar. The system redirects you to the
    Sign In to Community
     screen.
  2. Select
    Create an account
     if you are a new user.
  3. Sign in with your registered e-mail if you are an existing user.
  4. Enter your e-mail and password on the
    Create an account
     screen.
  5. Select
    Continue
    .
  6. Mark the checkbox
    to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
     on the
    Terms of Service
     screen.
  7. Select
    Accept
    .
  8. Follow the instructions to verify your e-mail on the
    Welcome
     screen. Do not select
    Ok
     yet.
  9. Go to your e-mail inbox and locate the
    Verify your email
     message from noreply@thomsonreuters.com.
  10. Select the link
    Confirm my account
     to verify your email.
  11. Once you select the Confirm my account link in the verification e-mail, you'll see the
    E-mail verified
     screen. Navigate back to the Community.
  12. Select
    Ok
     on the
    Welcome
     screen. You are now logged in to the Thomson Reuters Community. You can set up or change your profile.
