tile on the homepage is where you can find tasks for Administrator users.
The menu consists of tasks for:
  • Company Info
    is where you go to manage Accounts, Clients, Entities, Groups, and Users.
  • Reference Data
    is where you find general purpose data elements about common or universally understood items that you can use in multiple ONESOURCE applications and tools.
  • Notifications
    show you the Notification Queue and status of tasks.
  • Reporting
    is where you create and print reports.
  • Setup
    is where you assign and define various security policies.

User Administration

The ONESOURCE Administration
Company Info
menu standardizes the process of managing user and group permissions across all ONESOURCE products.
Administrator users can do the following:
  • Add and delete users
  • Add and delete groups
  • Refresh functionality
  • Export and import users
  • View groups in the User list
  • Add or remove platform groups when editing users
  • Add or remove WorkFlow Manager groups
  • Create reports

Setup Security

Administrator users select
Setup
to define and setup the following:
  • Password policies
  • Account Lockout Policy
  • Activate Single Sign-on Authentication
  • Activate Multi-factor Authentication
  • Add and edit IP Authorization
  • Grant Support Access
  • Grant External User Access
