Fix for Tax Rule Rate Values Not Clearing on Re-Import
An issue has been fixed where re-importing a
Tax Rule Rates
file with certain fields left blank did not actually clear out the old values that were previously saved. Instead, the system was incorrectly keeping the old data in place, even though the new file indicated those fields should be empty.This has now been corrected so that blank fields in a re-imported file will properly clear out old values, and any updated values in the file will correctly replace the old ones. This ensures the system now accurately reflects whatever is in the most recently imported file.
TaxRuleRates Export File Now Includes Additional Payment Information
The
Tax Rule Rates
export file has been updated to include the columns for Estimated Payments
. The export will now include payment percentage details, minimum tax amount, tax threshold, and safe harbor percentage information for both the current and prior year.Each of these new columns will be filled in with the correct value for each state, and if a particular value isn't available for a state, that space will simply be left blank without causing any issues with the export.
