Ohio Central Collection Agency (CCA): W-2s Reporting Local Information
ONESOURCE Tax Information Reporting creates a single electronic file containing all of the required CCA localities listed below. The CCA lists a number of localities where filing is only required upon request. For those filings, ONESOURCE Tax Information Reporting creates a paper listing saved to PDF files.
The list below includes CCA filing submission information. For additional details, see the CCA's 2019 Magnetic Media Specifications at http://ccatax.ci.cleveland.oh.us/forms/magmed2019.pdf.
- The CCA does not accept compressed (*.ZIP) filing submissions.
- The CCA requires a transmittal form to be submitted with the filing submission. You can find the transmittal form in the applicable Magnetic Media Specifications PDF document at http://ccatax.ci.cleveland.oh.us/?p=mmspec.
- The CCA accepts media that contains encrypted data but you must contact the CCA Information System department for instructions. Filing submissions that do not follow the CCA's requirements will be rejected.
