Downloading a BridgeBack File

Regardless of whether your PAN was set up as Send to TAV or Download to file, you can download completed, prepared BridgeBack files using the BridgeBack History and Files page. To download a completed, prepared BridgeBack file:
  1. In the grid under the
    Event History
     collapsible section on the BridgeBack History and Files page, select the
    File Name
     link for the completed, prepared BridgeBack file you want to download.
  2. The File Download screen displays, asking whether you want to open or save the file.
  3. Select
    Save
    .
  4. Move to where you want to save the BridgeBack file. If you want, you can change the file name in the
    File name
     field to a name that is meaningful to you.
  5. Select
    Save
    . The BridgeBack file is downloaded. You can now open the downloaded file using a file compression utility, such as WinZip.
