Granting User Rights

User rights are granted to Trust Tax users only after the user is added to the User Administration module of the ONESOURCE platform.
The user rights that apply to the Cost Basis BridgeBack solution include
Can prepare and submit BridgeBack
 and
Can access BridgeBack
. The
Can prepare and submit BridgeBack
 user right allows users to prepare and submit BridgeBack files, and the
Can access BridgeBack
 user right allows users to access the
BRIDGEBACK
 menu.
To grant the user rights that apply to the Cost Basis BridgeBack solution to a Trust Tax user:
  1. Select
    SETUP
    ,
    Users
     then
    Trust Tax Users
    .
  2. Select the
    User ID
     link for the user you want to grant user rights to.
  3. In the
    Rights
     grid, review the check boxes for the
    Can prepare and submit BridgeBack files
     and
    Can access BridgeBack
     user rights. Select the check boxes if it they are not selected.
  4. Select
    Save
    .
