Setting PAN-Level Shipping Addresses for Bulk Shipments
The Shipping Addresses page allows you to set PAN-level shipping addresses for bulk shipments. If your PAN is in a SuperBank association, you can use the Shipping Addresses page to set the shipping addresses for bulk shipments for all the PANs in the SuperBank association.

category on the Options and Overrides page.Adding a Shipping Address
For SuperBank associations, you can change the shipping addresses for any PAN in the SuperBank association. The shipping addresses are available for all of the PANs in the SuperBank association to ship to.
To add a shipping address:
- SelectSETUPthenCustomize.
- In the grid under theShipping Addressescollapsible section, select theAddress Identifierfield in the row that includes the text, "Please select here to add new row."
- Enter the address identifier for the shipping address in theAddress Identifierfield. When submitting a processing or printing bulk ship request, the address identifier is available for selection from theShipping Addressdrop-down list.
- Press TAB to add the address identifier to the bottom of the grid.
- SelectSave. Your Shipping Addresses page will look similar to the graphic shown below. Notice that Empty Shipping Address displays in the row of the newly added address identifier. Empty Shipping Address is removed after you enter and save the shipping address details.
- Select theAddress Identifierlink for the address identifier you added.
- Enter the shipping address details. Federal Express and UPS deliveries are not permitted if you enter a P.O. box address in theStreetfield.
- TheBill Todrop-down list allows you to select the PAN the shipping charges are billed to. If you have multiple PANs but only one shipping address then all of the shipping charges are billed to the PAN you select from theBill Todrop-down list. To separate the shipping charges by PAN and ship to one address, add an address identifier for each PAN. When entering the shipping address details, use the same mailing address for each PAN, but select the PAN you want to bill the shipping charges to from theBill Todrop-down list.
- SelectSave.
Selecting the Default Shipping Address for a PAN
To select the default shipping address for a PAN:
- SelectSETUPthenCustomize.
- Open thePAN Defaultscollapsible section.
- Select theDefault Shipping Addressfield in the row that includes the PAN you want to select the default shipping address for.
- Select the shipping address you want to use as the default.
- SelectSave.
Restricting Address Identifiers
If you were granted the
Can modify PAN level Options & Overrides
user right, you can restrict the address identifiers available for selection from the Shipping Address
drop-down list on the Process page or the register Print pop-up window. When a register includes data from a SuperBank association, the logged-in PAN determines the address identifiers that are available for selection from the Shipping Address
drop-down list.To restrict address identifiers:
- SelectSETUPthenCustomize.
- Open thePAN Availabilitycollapsible section.
- For each PAN, select the check box for each address identifier you want to make available in theShipping Addressdrop-down list. As shown in the following graphic, the Thomson Reuters Carrollton Texas address identifier is selected for PANs L590, L599 and Y909. All of the address identifiers are available in theShipping Addressdrop-down list if none check boxes are selected.
- SelectSave.
Updating a Shipping Address
To update a shipping address:
- SelectSETUPthenCustomize.
- In the grid under theShipping Addressescollapsible section, select theAddress Identifierlink for the shipping address you want to update. The detail page for the shipping address displays.
- Update the shipping address details.
- SelectSave.
Deleting a Shipping Address
To delete a shipping address:
- SelectSETUPthenCustomize.
- In the grid under theShipping Addressescollapsible section, select Delete.
- SelectSave.
