Setting Your User Default Shipping Address

ONESOURCE Trust Tax allows users to set their own default shipping address. As the logged-in user, the user default shipping address applies to you only. Additionally, the default selection is not tied to your workstation. Rather, the user default shipping address applies even when you access ONESOURCE Trust Tax from a different workstation.
To your user default shipping address:
  1. Select
    SETUP
     then
    Process Defaults
    . In addition to your user default shipping address, the Process Defaults page allows you to set user defaults that display when you open the Process page. For example, you can set your user default processing request as well as your user defaults for tax return and worksheet processing requests.
  2. Under the
    Defaults for Shipping
     group box, select the address identifier for the shipping address you want to set as your user default shipping address from the
    Shipping Address
     drop-down list. The following graphic shows that the Thomson Reuters Carrollton Texas address identifier is selected.
  3. Select
    Save
    .
