Registering to Use State Online Services Websites

To electronically file Massachusetts and Minnesota estimated tax payments, you must register to use the applicable state online services websites. The table below includes a link to each state's registration website and provides information to help you with the registration process.

ONESOURCE Trust Tax no longer supports bulk estimated tax payments for New York. Contact the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance (NYSDTF) to determine whether you need to create an Online Services account.

Massachusetts
Select the
Register a New Business
 link on the MassTaxConnect home page. Register as a Professional Tax Preparer and create an account. When registering:
  • The value entered for the
    Tax ID
     field must match the fiduciary EIN that ONESOURCE Trust Tax includes in the payment file or the payment will be rejected. ONESOURCE Trust Tax uses the fiduciary EIN for the PAN you launched in to. If you have multiple fiduciary EINs, register each fiduciary EIN separately. When uploading payment files, match the payment file to the corresponding MassTaxConnect user.
  • Use
    Checking account
     for the
    Account Type
     field.
  • The values entered for the
    Routing #
     and
    Account #
     fields must match the values that ONESOURCE Trust Tax includes in the payment file or the payment will be rejected. ONESOURCE Trust Tax uses the ACH debit information entered under the
    ACH Debit
     collapsible section on the Estimate Control page.
Minnesota
Sign up under the Business section for Minnesota e-Services.
Set up your payment processing settings the first time you use Minnesota e-Services. Thereafter, many of your payment processing settings are retained.
