Verifying the Load Update Date

Each quarter, ensure that the data required for the current quarter was successfully loaded to your ONESOURCE Trust Tax database. When verifying the load update date, the load update date should correspond with the quarter and period you are preparing estimates for. The following table shows the periods for the annualized alternative method:

To verify the load update date:
  1. From the Register Listing page, select Run for the
    Load Status
     register.
  2. Review the
    Month
     column to determine the month end for the last data load.
  3. Select
    Close
     after you finish verify the load update date.
