- Year End Processing Indicator
- Clients can indicate via their trust system tax interface what the disposition of each trust account should be. This field is available for use in registers to segregate their work. Prior to 1998, tax return processing was kicked off by our Production staff, and this indicator was used to signal accounts that were ready for processing. With the release of the PC-based environment, clients control tax processing, however there may be some institutions that still use this indicator and use registers to create the lists of work to be processed.
- Most clients building new tax bridges can leave this field blank unless it is needed for internal processes (see Year End Processing Indicator section of this document for more details).
