 tile are browser independent, allowing you to access User Administration from any type of browser, including Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari.

The ONESOURCE Trust Tax and ONESOURCE Trust Tax Insight applications can be accessed using Microsoft Edge and the Google Chrome browsers.
Users who are ONESOURCE platform Administrators can complete tasks (such as adding, editing and deleting users, assigning permissions to products and setting security options) in User Administration. Users who are granted the

 user right in ONESOURCE Trust Tax can complete the following tasks in the ONESOURCE Trust Tax application:
  • Grant or change user rights, PANs, assignments and contact information.
  • Add, modify or delete beneficiary contacts. Beneficiary contacts are a special type of user that are added only so accounts can be assigned to them for including the contact information in recipient packages.
  • Grant ONESOURCE Trust Tax employees access to your PAN(s) for providing support and problem solving.

About the ONESOURCE Platform

The ONESOURCE platform (https://www.onesourcetax.com ) is the new generation platform for ONESOURCE applications. The ONESOURCE platform supports multiple browsers and devices. Users can move from one licensed or purchased ONESOURCE application to another within their ONESOURCE suite and continue to view data across ONESOURCE applications with multiple browser windows. Additionally, users can view their most recent work across all ONESOURCE applications or create tasks as they go through their tax processes. All of these features are available in the new and improved ONESOURCE platform.
