Get started with ONESOURCE Trust Tax

Login to the ONESOURCE platform.
Access ONESOURCE Trust Tax.

Logging in and Accessing ONESOURCE Trust Tax

Open your Internet browser then go to the ONESOURCE platform at www.onesourcetax.com .
Enter your login credentials in the
Username
and
Password
fields.
Select
SIGN IN
. The ONESOURCE platform Homepage displays, showing you the tiles for your ONESOURCE applications.
Select the Trust Tax tile.
Enter the PAN you want to access in the first field.
Select the tax year you want to access from the
Tax Year
drop-down list.
Select
Login
. The ONESOURCE Trust Tax Home page displays.

Resetting Your Password

Login to the ONESOURCE platform at www.onesourcetax.com.
At the top of the ONESOURCE platform Homepage, select your account information then select
My Settings
. The Change Password page displays.
Enter your current password in the
Existing Password
field.
Enter your new password in the
New Password
and
Confirm Password
fields.
Select
Change Password
.

Tips for Working in ONESOURCE Trust Tax

Actions and processes
-Select, which refers to clicking a mouse button or tapping a screen, only once to complete actions and processes. Double-clicking is unnecessary and may cause an action or process to complete twice.
User rights
-The features you can access and the tasks you can perform in ONESOURCE Trust Tax are controlled by the user rights granted to you. Contact your ONESOURCE Trust Tax administrator if you need your user rights updated.
Full screen mode
-Press the F11 key to display ONESOURCE Trust Tax using the entire screen. When in full screen mode, your browser's tabs, tool bars, bookmarks and status bars are hidden from view. To exit full screen mode, press the F11 key again.
Session timeout
-For security purposes, ONESOURCE Trust Tax features a session expiration timeout, which controls how long your ONESOURCE Trust Tax session can be idle before you are automatically logged out of the application. Before the automatic logout occurs, a notification message displays. To avoid the automatic logout, select
Close
to close the notification message then select somewhere in ONESOURCE Trust Tax before the timeout period expires.
