System requirements

Use this guide to review system requirements for maximized functionality.

Internet options

The system supports Microsoft Edge and the Google Chrome browser. ONESOURCE Trust Tax uses pop-up windows to display some data. By default, Edge and Chrome block pop-ups from automatically displaying. The sections below show you how to allow pop-ups to automatically display in Edge and Chrome.

Some Internet options may be controlled by your IT department. To set Internet options, we encourage you to contact and work with your IT department.
To allow pop-ups to automatically display in Edge:
  1. Open the Edge browser.
  2. Select
    Settings and more
     then
    Settings
    .
  3. Select
    Cookies and site permissions
    .
  4. Scroll down to then select
    Pop-ups and redirects
    .
  5. Review
    Block (recommended)
    . If necessary, switch the slider to turn it on.
  6. Select
    Add
     next to
    Allow
    .
  7. Enter
    thomsonreuters.com
     in the
    Site
     field then select
    Add
    .
To allow pop-ups to automatically display in Chrome:
  1. Open the Chrome browser.
  2. Select
    More
     then
    Settings
    .
  3. Select
    Privacy and security
     then
    Site Settings
    .
  4. Select
    Pop-ups and redirects
    .
  5. Review the settings under
    Default behavior
    . If necessary, select
    Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects
    .
  6. Select
    Add
     next to
    Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects
    .
  7. Enter
    thomsonreuters.com
     in the
    Site
     field then select
    Add
    .
