Mail Service and Bulk Print deadlines for the 2025 tax season

Submit a Mail Service request in ONESOURCE Trust Tax

Mail Service helps you print tax documents and send them directly to beneficiaries and recipients.
To meet regulatory mailing deadlines, submit your documents to Mail Service before the following tax season cutoffs:

  1. Use the
    Process
     page or the
    Print
     window.
  2. For processing requests:
    1. From the
      Request
       dropdown, select either
      Tax Return
       or
      Tax Return and Worksheet
      .
    2. Open the
      Shipping
       section.
    3. Select
      Mailing Service – Recipient Packages
      .
  3. For print requests:
    1. Select
      Tax Return
       from the
      Document
       dropdown.
    2. Select
      Mailing Service – Recipient Packages
      .
  4. To check your request status:
    1. Go to the
      Register Listing
       page.
    2. Find your returns in the
      Currently Printing
       register.
    3. Make sure they have a
      Preparing Print
       or
      Printing
       status before the cutoff date and time.

Submit your request early to meet the cutoff times listed previously.

Submit a Bulk Print request in ONESOURCE Trust Tax

Bulk printing lets you print your tax documents and ships them to your office or selected location.
Submit your documents to Bulk Print before the following tax season cutoffs. This helps meet internal deadlines and provide tax information to recipients and beneficiaries on time.

Bulk Print uses second-day air shipping to ensure delivery one day prior to the IRS mailing deadline. Make sure to adjust your Bulk Print cutoff deadline to an earlier day if using a slower shipping method, or if you need additional time before the IRS furnishing deadline.

    2. Select
      Bulk Ship
      .
  4. To check your request status:
    1. Go to the
      Register Listing
       page.
    2. Find your returns in the
      Currently Printing
       register.
    3. Make sure they have a
      Preparing Print
       or
      Printing
       status before the cutoff date and time.

  • Submit early to meet the cutoff times previously listed.
  • Once processing begins, you can't cancel or stop the printing and shipping.
