The Shipping Category
The options in the
Shipping
category (referred to as Shipping options) define the shipping modes used when tax returns and worksheets are printed using the bulk ship method. Shipping options can be set at the SuperBank, PAN, bulk override and account override levels. The Shipping options include:Option | Description |

It determines how these tax documents are shipped after they are printed at Thomson Reuters.Your printed tax documents are shipped according to the shipping mode selected for this option unless you change the shipping mode when the Tax Return print request is submitted. |
Shipping Mode-Tax Returns, 1099/FMV/5498 Ed IRA requests | This option applies to Tax Return print requests for the 1099 and 5498 form series, including FMV statements. It determines how these tax documents are shipped after they are printed at Thomson Reuters.Your printed tax documents are shipped according to the shipping mode selected for this option unless you change the shipping mode when the Tax Return print request is submitted. |
Shipping Mode-Worksheets | This option applies to Worksheet print requests. It determines how worksheets are shipped after they are printed at Thomson Reuters.Your printed worksheets are shipped according to the shipping mode selected for this option unless you change the shipping mode when the Worksheet print request is submitted. |
Staple completed tax returns | This option applies to tax returns printed at Thomson Reuters. Selecting Yes for this option staples together the following for each account:

Regardless of how this option is set, federal and state forms and schedules and the recipient (or beneficiary) information for accounts that use the 1099 with no detail service level are not stapled together. |
