Downloading OSMI Data Files

ONESOURCE Trust Tax stores OSMI Data Files and OSMI Reports in the
Folder: Transactions, Sales-Out of State Municipal Income
 category on the Documents and Data Files page. To download an OSMI Data File:
  1. Select
    HOME
    ,
    Admin
     then
    Documents and Data Files
    .
  2. If necessary, open the
    Folder: Transactions, Sales-Out of State Municipal Income
     category for the tax year.
  3. Select the
    File Name
     link for the state OSMI Data File you want to download.
  4. Select OK when the following message displays:
  5. Complete one of the following when the message asking if you want to open or save the file displays:
    • Select
      Save
       to save the file in your default location.
    • Select the down arrow next to
      Save
       then select
      Save as
       when the message asking if you want to open or save the file displays. The Save As window displays and allows you to save the file to the where you want to save it and with the file name you want to save it as.
