OSMI filing requirements by state

State-specific due dates and submission methods for OSMI reporting, including file preparation instructions.
Each state taxing authority sets its own OSMI filing due date and submission method. The following table lists these requirements by state.
Before you submit OSMI data to a state taxing authority, extract the OSMI data file from the downloaded ZIP file using a file compression tool such as WinZip.
note
File OSMI data directly with each state taxing authority using their specified submission method. ONESOURCE Trust Tax doesn’t file OSMI data on your behalf.
