Getting Started

The first steps to getting started with ONESOURCE Trust Tax Insight is to login to the ONESOURCE platform then access ONESOURCE Trust Tax Insight.

Logging in to the ONESOURCE Platform

To login to the ONESOURCE platform and access ONESOURCE Trust Tax Insight:
  1. Open your Internet browser then go to the ONESOURCE platform at www.onesourcetax.com.
  2. Enter your login credentials in the
    Username
     and
    Password
     fields then select
    SIGN IN
    . The ONESOURCE platform Homepage displays, showing you the tiles for your ONESOURCE applications.

Accessing ONESOURCE Trust Tax Insight

To access ONESOURCE Trust Tax Insight from the ONESOURCE platform Homepage:
  1. Select the Trust Tax Insight tile.
  2. Enter the PAN you want to access in the first field.
  3. Select the tax year you want to access from the
    Tax Year
     drop-down list.
  4. Select
    Login
    . The ONESOURCE Trust Tax Insight Home page displays.

Resetting Your Password

To reset your password in the ONESOURCE platform:
  1. Open your Internet browser then go to the ONESOURCE platform at www.onesourcetax.com.
  2. Enter your login credentials in the
    Username
     and
    Password
     fields then select
    SIGN IN
    . The ONESOURCE platform Homepage displays, showing you the tiles for your ONESOURCE applications.
  3. At the top of the page, select your account information then select
    My Settings
    . The Change Password page displays.
  4. Enter your current password in the
    Existing Password
     field.
  5. Enter your new password in the
    New Password
     and
    Confirm Password
     fields.
  6. Select
    Change Password
    .
