Setting Internet Options for ONESOURCE Trust Tax Insight

ONESOURCE Trust Tax Insight users should set certain Internet options to help protect their workstations and to make ONESOURCE Trust Tax Insight work the way they want it to. The section below shows you how to set Internet options for Google Chrome.

Some Internet options may be controlled by your IT department. We recommend contacting and working with your IT department when setting Internet options.

Allowing Pop-Ups in Edge

To allow pop-ups to automatically display in Edge:
  1. Open the Edge browser.
  2. At the top right, select Settings and more for Microsoft Edge
    Settings and more
     then
    Settings
    .
  3. Select
    Cookies and site permissions
    .
  4. Scroll down to then select
    Pop-ups and redirects
    .
  5. Review
    Block (recommended)
    . If necessary, switch the slider to turn it on.
  6. Select
    Add
     next to
    Allow
    .
  7. Enter
    thomsonreuters.com
     in the
    Site
     field then select
    Add
    .

Allowing Pop-Ups in Chrome

To allow pop-ups to automatically display in Chrome:
  1. Open the Chrome browser.
  2. At the top right, select

     then
    Site Settings

  4. Select
    Pop-ups and redirects
    .
  5. Review the settings under
    Default behavior
    . If necessary, select
    Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects
    .
  6. Select
    Add

    Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects
    .
  7. Enter

     in the
    Site
     field then select
    Add
