New features

Administration Update: Permission Governance for Workflow Manager Tab of User Administration
  • The
    Workflow Manager product
     tab will now be available only by those users who have been granted
    Edit
     permissions to Workflow Manager in
    User Administration

    Product Permissions
    .
  • Current OWM Administrators have been granted this new permission.
ONESOURCE Workflow Manager tile renamed
  • The ONESOURCE Workflow Manager product suite has been renamed to Workflow Manager Classic. This update doesn't impact existing functionality and reflects our commitment to continuous product evolution.

Upcoming changes

FileRoom add-in
The FileRoom add-in V15 will be available in Q1 2026. The new add-in will do the following:
  • Update the sign-in screen to match the standard ONESOURCE sign-in page. This new screen supports the current sign-in and the new Thomson Reuters Account (CIAM).
  • Introduce a new SSO interface that allows users to save the SSO URL directly to the system.
You'll need the new Add-in before you can switch to the new Thomson Reuters Account.
