Release notes describe new features and improvements made to ONESOURCE Workflow.

Addressed issues

Missing Assigned User on the First Task of a New Workflow
  • Users will now have the
    Assigned Users
    field populated in the
    My Tasks
grid for the 1st task of a newly created workflow.
  • Previously, for some users, the
    Assigned Users
    column appeared blank in the
    My Tasks
    Active tab
for that 1st task, even though the assignee was recorded correctly.
  • The name was visible only after opening the workflow folder and checking its
    Tasks
tab, so users had to open each workflow individually to confirm who the task belonged to.
Missing Workflow Details in Task Notification Emails
  • Users will now receive task notification emails with the workflow and entity details fully populated for the newly created workflow.
  • Previously, some users observed that the notification email displayed fields such as the following as
    --
    :
    • Entity Name
    • Entity Code
    • Jurisdiction Name
    • Process Type
    • Year
    • Period End Date
    • Statutory Due Date
  • Recipients had to open the workflow in ONESOURCE to identify which entity and period the task related to.
