Release notes describe new features and improvements made to ONESOURCE Workflow.
Improved features
Direct navigation from Notes notifications
Users can now navigate directly to a specific note within ONESOURCE Workflow by selecting
View Note in ONESOURCE
in their notification emails. They'll be directed to the Notes tab
of the relevant Workflow folder and the exact note referenced in the notification, eliminating the need to manually search or navigate through multiple pages.note
If the referenced note is no longer available, a clear informational message is displayed to the user.
Note history and audit trail
Users can now view a complete audit history of any note by selecting
View History
at the note level. A pop-up window displays a chronological log of all actions taken on the note, including who made the change, when it was made, and the before and after state of each modification.This makes it easy to track a note's full lifecycle from creation to the most recent update.
Addressed issues
Users will now experience significantly faster load times when opening a Workflow folder.
Previously, some users would encounter delays when opening a Workflow folder, with fields taking an unusually long time to load and leaving the screen in a prolonged loading state, impacting productivity and overall usability.
