Add a new workflow

You can add a new workflow in one of two ways: manually using a wizard or in bulk using the import.
  1. Add a workflow
  2. Go to
    Workflows
    .
  3. Select
    Add
    to open the
    Add Workflow
    screen.
  4. Choose from a list of published templates, then select
    Next
    .
  5. Enter all details, then select
    Done
    to add the workflow to the
    Workflows
    screen.
    note
    The first task in the workflow becomes active, and the system notifies users that the task is now active.
  6. Add a Workflow via Import
  7. Download the import template using
    Get Import Template
    to create several workflows. There are detailed instruction on the template.
  8. Select
    Import
    , then
    Import New Workflows
    after you're done adding your information in the template.
  9. Drag your file into the
    Upload Files
    window or browse for it to upload.
    note
    After you upload the file, the system will indicate if the import was successful and whether it found any errors.
  10. Select
    Export
    to export your results. A workflow is created with active tasks.
