Associate ONESOURCE applications to workflows

You can link applications to workflows in two ways: associate applications to an individual workflow or to a workflow template.

Select the workflow to associate it with the application.

Once the application is associated it will appear as a tab in the Workflow
folder.

The application page will show records from the associated application that corresponds to the specified entity and year.

When you associate an application to a template the link will apply to all workflows created with the template.

Go to the General Information
page in the Add Workflow Template
or Edit Workflow Template
section.

Select Edit
next to Associated Applications
.

Select the application from the list.

Select Apply
to confirm.
