Always execute the GET features first to establish the required field names and values. Then, use the required values returned in the GET results to build the SET data. Before making changes to your master files for each release, test all features to ensure they are working correctly. Fields can be added, removed, or changed since the last release.
This release fixes bugs in OIT Workpaper features, adds binder group functionality for FORM 5471 – Schedule H-1 Features, and updates grid features to support up to 300 rows for binder group import/export.
Attention:
 There are fields added, updated, and deleted for TY 2024. Re-build your formulas before you do a GET/SET.

Important notice for Form 5471, Worksheet H-1 for TY 2024

Note that the screens for Worksheet H-1 have changed. For those utilizing the Import/Export functionality for the Worksheet H-1 feature, be aware of the following updates:
  1. The existing feature for Form 5471 - Schedule H-1 has been removed and replaced with a new feature as follows:

  2. The new feature supports both single binder and binder group (batch import/exports).
  3. Ensure to create separate GET/SET formulas for each tax year, as the features for TY 2023 and TY 2024 are distinct and not interchangeable.
  4. We’ve identified an issue where empty or blank shareholders are being populated when you perform GET operations for both single binder and binder group. We are actively working on resolving this issue, and an update will be included in the upcoming release. In the meantime, as an alternative, you can ignore the blank shareholders and perform SET operations only for the required entity.

Maximum row limit update for grid features in TY 2023 and TY 2024

For binder group functionality, we’ve increased the maximum import limit for grid features to 300 rows. Previously, you could only import up to 100 rows into the organizer via workpaper SET for all workpaper grid features, which would result in an error message if exceeded. The maximum limit has now been increased to 300 rows.
