Change password on sign-in screen

If you forget your password or need to change it, you can reset it on the sign-in screen.
  1. Select
    Reset your password
     from the Thomson Reuters Account or Onvio Client Center sign-in screen.
  2. Enter your email address and select
    Send link
    .
  3. Go to your email Inbox and find the
    Password reset request
     email.
  4. Select the link to complete the password change.
  5. Enter your new password twice, then select
    Change password
    .

Password requirements

Your new password needs to meet these requirements or you'll receive an error:
  • minimum of 8 characters in length
  • Need to contain 3 of the 4 following character types:
    • lower case (a-z)
    • upper case (A-Z)
    • numbers (0-9)
    • special characters (!@#$%^&*)
  • no easily guessed words or phrases
