Change your email address

Updating your address through Account Information doesn't update it in our records. If you want to use the new email address for anything more than signing in (for example, to receive notifications), contact your accountant so we can update our records.
Follow these steps to change your email address for logging in to the Client Center.
  1. Select your name in the upper corner of the screen, and select
    Edit Profile
    .
  2. Enter your new email address in the
    Email Address
    field on the Account Information tab.
  3. Save your changes.

If you link two existing accounts by changing the email address for one account to match the email address for the other, the unused email address will remain listed in the Authenticator mobile app until you manually delete it.
