About Documents

The Documents screen is where you store, organize, and retrieve your files.

The maximum size for file uploads is 500 MB.
Select the
Documents
tab.
Files appear in the area. Select
Change View
above the pane to toggle the view between your firm's folders and a filtered document view.
  • Select the drop-down below
    Add
    to sort your documents by time period.
  • If a down arrow appears next your name above the pane, you can access documents for other client contacts, such as dependents or business associates.
  • You can sort the items in a column by selecting the column heading.
