Grant spouse access to the tax questionnaire by adjusting client settings to turn on Client Center access and the 1040 Tax Organizer.

By default, the questionnaire is sent to the taxpayer’s portal to be completed. If you want the spouse to complete the questionnaire, they'll need to have access to the Onvio Client Center portal.
After sending the questionnaire from UltraTax, do the following to turn on Onvio Client Center access for the spouse:
In Onvio, select
Setup
Clients
.
Find the client, then select
Edit
.
Select the
Client Center Access
tab.
Turn on
Client Center
access for the spouse.
Turn on
1040 Tax Organizer
for the spouse.
Select
Save
.
This sends the spouse a registration email. After they register, they can access and complete the questionnaire.
