Create customized statements

Customize formats to create statements that meet your firm's specific needs. Choose
Setup
Statement Formats
and either select a format from the list or select
Add
to create one of your own. Select
Next
or select another step after you complete each one.
You can delete any of the default formats that are included with the application. However, deleting these formats is not recommended, because re-creating them can be difficult.
  1. Add a format name, select the country whose styles you want to see, and select a style.
  2. Add a logo by uploading an image file and adjusting as necessary. Select
    Set Image
    when finished.
  3. You can select a predefined color or enter a hex color code you want to use.

    This is for only the Contemporary, Contemporary Alternative, and Windowed Envelope formats.
  4. Make selections to specify the A/R information you want to include on the statement. You can add Ledger, Open Items with Current Activity, and Open Items.
    • Ledger: Displays a beginning A/R balance, current period activity, and amount due.
    • Open Items with Current Activity: Displays prior-period open A/R items, current period activity, and amount due.
    • Open Items: Displays A/R items and amount due.
  5. You may also make selections to include Additional Sections on the statement. You can add A/R Recap, A/R Aging, Dunning messages, and Pay Stub.
    • A/R Recap: Include tools for the client's beginning A/R balance, invoices, receipts, adjustments, late fees, and total A/R balance.
    • A/R Aging: Include the open balances by period.
    • Dunning messages: Display a Firm dunning message based on the age of the A/R balance.
  6. Select
