Set up Guided Assurance

First-time users licensed for Guided Assurance:
When you open the Guided Assurance project in Onvio for the 1st time, you're prompted to enter your Guided Assurance username and password and verify that you've read the license agreement in the Guided Assurance Credentials panel.
  1. Create a new project or open an existing one from the
    Projects
    screen.
  2. In the
    Settings
    tab, select the
    Enable Guided Assurance
    switch.
  3. Select
    Guided Assurance Setup
    .
  4. Select
    Setup the engagement
    then
    Continue
    .
  5. Select the industry source, engagement type, and industry, then select
    Next
    .
  6. Mark the checkboxes next to the audit areas to include in the engagement, then select
    Next
    .
    note
    • You can edit the name of any audit area in the list.
    • You can't remove audit areas that have a question mark next to them from the Guided Assurance project due to associated risks.
  7. Select the appropriate answers for the set-up questions, then select
    Done
    .
  8. Select
    Close
    when the process is complete.
  9. Open the newly created engagement in the
    Binder
    tab to return to Onvio.
  10. Select a workpaper name to open the Guided Assurance workpaper in a separate tab of your browser.
