Important dates and changes
- Onvio Documents and Onvio Client Center mobile apps will remain available and accessible.
- Multiple communications will be sent via email to Firm Administrators to communicate this change.
- Onvio Documents and Onvio Client Center mobile application users will receive an in-app notification, informing them of this change, prior to December 12th.
- Decommissioning takes effect. Mobile app logins are turned off, and the apps will be removed from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Mobile application sign‑ins will be disabled; users will be required to login using a supported web browser on any device.

- Update any internal documentation, onboarding guides, and training materials that reference mobile apps.
- While in-app notifications will be sent to all Onvio Documents and Onvio Client Center users, please help ensure your applicable Staff and Clients are aware of this change. The following is a proposed email template:
- After December 12, 2025, you will no longer be able to access your account using the Client Center Mobile App.
- You will still havefull and easy accessto your account via theweb versionof Client Center.
- The web version is accessible on your desktop, laptop, or mobile device. You can access it with the following link: https://onvio.us/clientcenter
