Switch mobile devices for multi-factor authentication

To change the mobile device that you use to sign in with two-step verification, follow these steps.

Select your profile icon, then select the View Profile
link.

Select the Manage Thomson Reuters Account
tab.

Select Manage verification

Select Remove app
for Auth0 Guardian or Other apps to remove the old device.

To add the new device, select Add app
for Auth0 Guardian or Other apps and follow the on-screen messages.
