Annotating documents

You can annotate documents in the
Firm Documents
 and
My Documents
 tabs. The annotations are visible to staff in your firm who has access to the document. You also have the option to include annotations or a watermark when you download a document.

Available annotations

Tickmark
Tickmarks are available in blue, green, red, and yellow.
Highlight
Select

Free Text

Add an annotation to a document or image

note
You can only add free text and tickmark annotations to image files in the preview screen.
  1. Open a document.
  2. Select an annotation in the toolbar.
  3. Place the annotation on the document.

Edit or delete an annotation

  1. Select the annotation.
  2. You will have options to resize, rotate, add a comment, change color or delete the annotation.
