Completed
  • This status means that the request has been closed and the recipient no longer has access to the request.
Received
  • This status means that the recipient has uploaded the requested documents.
Rejected
  • This status means that an approval request was declined by the recipient.
Sent
  • This status appears after a document has been sent to a recipient.
Waiting on Client
  • This status will appear after a document request has been sent to a recipient.

Edit a document request status

You can change the status of a document request from the
Edit Document Request
window to reflect the current state of the request. The
Status
field at the top provides the overall status for the document request, and the
Status
fields at the bottom or the Request window apply to the individual requests that are listed.
To open the
Edit Document Request
window from the
Communications
page of the Documents area, select an existing request in the
Communications
grid and then
Edit
.
note
When you change the overall status at the top of the Request window, the individual status of each document request will change to match the overall status.
