You can create request templates to apply to frequently used file requests. Then you don't have to enter the request description each time you send a request email message.
Before you start
Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Request Templates Administration enabled.
Request templates are global across your firm. Staff with Request Templates Administration enabled can edit and use request templates.
Add a request template
In Onvio Center, select
Setup

Template Name
and
Document Request
.

You can add multiple request template descriptions in a single email request. Select

under the previous Document Request to add additional text fields.

Send a request using a template
You can send a request email message from within the Documents area to anyone, even if they don't have access to Onvio. You can add new request templates here, but you can't edit the existing templates when creating a request email.
