Set up recurrence frequency and options
- Go toSetup, thenProject Templates.
- SelectAddor select the project template, then selectEdit.
- In theRecurrencetab, select aPattern.
- ForAnnuallyandPeriodicrecurrence frequencies, you can select fiscal year end or calendar year.
- For projects that use an accounting application, you can base recurrence frequency patterns on a client's accounting periods.
- Use the additional options to further define the recurrence pattern.
- For example, for biweekly payroll work, you can create a project template that will be due every two weeks on Friday (weekly pattern, due every 2 weeks, on Fridays).
- The Project and Task Generation Options allow you to choose which values are retained from the current project and/or task instead of the template.noteTask Listmust be marked underProject Generation OptionsbeforeTask Generation Optionsare available to mark.
