Add a relationship
Before you begin
Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Contacts enabled.
Add relationships
You can add contacts as relationships to clients, such as spouses, legal representatives, and tax matters contacts.
Business clients don’t have access to Onvio Center. You need to add a relationship with the contact who should have access to the client in Onvio Center.
When you add a relationship, the system automatically adds the inverse relationship to the related contact. For example, if you list a contact as the preferred contact for a business, the business will show the contact as its preferred contact.
In Onvio, you can create a relationship when you're editing a client or a contact. You can add relationships for new and existing contacts. Before adding, check if the contact already exists to avoid duplicates.
